BECOME A YOGA INSTRUCTOR
The purpose of this 200hr programme is to provide a supportive environment in which you begin to connect with your inner teacher, your internal wisdom, and your authentic voice. Through pranayama, asana practise, mind-body journaling, group conversation, reading, and guided meditation, you will practice the essential process of conscious listening to your own higher self.
COURSE OVERVIEW
This three-week intensive is designed to immerse you in every aspect of yoga, from physical practice to philosophy, sequencing, and teaching methodology. The training offers a perfect balance of deepening your practice, gaining practical teaching skills, and exploring yoga’s transformative potential for your life.
